Aluminium fence installation is a smooth process with proper planning and professional execution. In this guide, we explain every stage of installation in detail — so you'll know exactly how the process works.
Stage 1: Survey and Measurement
We start with our free survey service in Istanbul. Our expert team visits your site, takes measurements and examines the ground structure. For projects outside Istanbul, we provide remote support via WhatsApp video call.
- Site measurement and elevation difference detection
- Ground analysis (soil, concrete, stone)
- Identification of gate and entry points
- Existing infrastructure check (water pipes, cables)
Stage 2: Design and Quote
After the survey, a custom design is prepared for your project. Model selection, color determination and dimension approval are done at this stage. A detailed price quote and estimated production time are shared.
Stage 3: Production
Production begins at our Istanbul factory according to the approved design. Average production time is 7-14 business days. Each panel is manufactured to custom dimensions and passes through 12-stage quality control.
Stage 4: Post Installation
- Post marking — typically at 200-250cm intervals
- Foundation holes dug (40x40x50cm)
- Aluminium posts set vertically
- Concrete fixing and curing time (24-48 hours)
Stage 5: Panel Installation and Delivery
After posts are secured, aluminium fence panels are mounted to the posts. Thanks to the modular connection system, panels are easily attached. A detailed inspection is done after installation and the project is delivered.
DIY Installation
Our modular aluminium fence systems are also suitable for DIY installation. We send a step-by-step installation guide with every order. Video installation guides are also available. For orders shipped to Europe, installation guides are also provided in English and German.
